OMG!!!!
A game with the graphics of Halo, the Plot of Myth and Baldurs Gate COMBINED and the physics of Mech assault combined into one Huge PC game... !!!

They'd have it all! OH and they could use Biowares Shadow Physics from MDk2 and NWN!
And probably only available for the Xbox

Well if BioWare would be bought by MS, they will probably want them to make more things for their Xbox and upcomming Xbox2...

I hope this isnīt the case, and I donīt believe another company swearing that "No, of of course not it will not be only for Xbox, the PC version is comming at the same time".

Yeah right.
I have always stopped my impulses to go and buy an Xbox with the nice little thought--
"Hey, wait a second, I hate Xbox and MS for this..." Alas no buy. And I wonīt buy Halo for PC how much they ever want to change it.

BioWare going MS would probably be a big loss for PC games... :S

Wolfgir, isnt refusing to buy halo on PC counterproductive? The only thing that will convince M$ to release games on PC on a decent timescale is worthwhile sales on PC. People refusing to buy PC games in protest about M$ treatment of the PC really are not helping.

Anyone who notices how stangnant the winblows platform is, realizes that M$ acquiring Bioware is a Bad Thing(tm). More than one person is thinking that Micro$haft is buying up computer talent just so they won't work for the competition.

(Even M$ realizes Winblows is stangnant - longhorn is supposed to be a whole new platform that will kill off all semblance of legacy support. Fortunately, this may well spell the end of M$ dominance of the software market as they get hoist by their own petard - the main selling point of winblows to this point is the vast library of legacy software tying down users to Micro$haft)

I think it's just becasue it's Microsoft. Personally, I think it's good news. They've got tonnes of cash, so they'll make better games.
