Hi All!!

Just a note to let you know that I'm heading back up to Stratford tomorrow to see King Lear (played by Christopher Plummer). Unlike my last visit to Stratford, I will not be computerless and should be able to get online (briefly) and post. I'll be coming back on Thursday so if you don't see a lot of me in the next couple of days - you know why!

Enjoy, fair maid, and let the soothing words of the silver-tongued bard bring precious ease to your ears.

We shall endeavor to rally the troops in your absence.

One of the joys of this forum are the regular posters who take care of everything so that I'm next to redundant! I leave the forum in very good hands!!

I should be able to pop in at least once a day so I shouldn't be totally missing in action!

Just a note to say I dropped in - I don't like working on this laptop so won't be doing too much.

*looks up at a strange hole in the ceiling as Packrat wanders near*

Hmmmm...

PACKRAT: What?

*B*: Didja see that?

PACKRAT: What?

*B*: Looks like we've got ourselves one of them bungee-boss thingies -- Wyvern keeps popping in, popping out, popping in... I'm just waiting to see where she pops in from next

(with apologies for dragging Packrat into this, but oh, well...)

Home!!

Will take me through the evening (at least to get caught up on email) so expect me to be really back in the morning!

Wyv

(It was great, but Red and I are both glad to be home!)

How was King Lear, Wyvern? Did Plummer acquit himself admirably in the role?

(I've never been able to get over Plummer's terrible singing in "The Sound of Music", but his acting has always been impeccable.)

Hugs,
