Can anyone here suggest me the best burning software there is available for download? I'm currently using Ahead Nero burning rom and I HATE IT! It can't even detect my cd-rw's speed right! Also, when i try to copy the entire disc, it always display the message: "Unrecoverable read error" on the window. I know i could have just used CloneCD instead, but that take too long to copy an entire disc. Please help....Thank you!

IMO Nero is the best.... perhaps you are using cheap CD-Rs?

As long as you dnt mention piracy or selling the software or lending it out.

Mods dnt like that here. Have fun!

Nero is probably among the best, i can't really address your difficulties.

You could try CDRwin. Golden Hawk Technologies

For creating iso9660 images, try WinISO (also checks and converts isos/bins)

For strictly burning, try Fireburner- it's my favourite, though the version I'm using has problems with multi-mode isos.

Clone cd http://www.elby.ch/english/products/clone_cd/ is also fairly good at copying cds...

But Nero is really the best... maybe you haven't got the latest version?
