Are you refering to the levers on the weird machine. If you are then the order is:

Link, to discover the location of the machine with the levers, look below.
SPOILER: - - - The machine is at the end of the asylum in the rooms where you are tested by the spirits. You will enter a room with spirits sitting around a table. You will have to answer there riddles. You will need to answer the first three riddles correctly and then incorrectly on the last riddle. This will take to you the room with the machine.
