Debug Mode Question

I have edited a char. with the debug mode but it won;t let me goto the next chapter due to illegal char. anyone know how to get around this??

I can think of one thing....you edited the character beyond what it could normally achieve through natural leveling and such, im not sure though.

You might want to b a bit more experienced with the game before you use the cheats to edit your character

Although I have not tried the cheats yet, I have seen them. From what I remember, to edit a character, you have a two step process to changing the ini. files. First is the debug cheat added to the nwn. ini file, but then to change a PC's stats, you have to go to the character ini. and change something that says "legal character limit" or something like that, to 0. It is natuarally set to 1. If you have the cheat codes and the instructions, see if it does not mention something about that legal character file needing to be 0.
