Chaos Molari Crash-slight spoiler

I'm on Ascension Peak and when I try to put the Chaos Molari on the pedistal, my game crashes onto the desktop! I have already installed the patch...Any Ideas? I'm really gonna be steamed if I can't finish this game!

Is the CM the first, middle or last of the items you have tried to place? Are you sure you've installed the patch correctly? That it overwrote all of the old files, I mean? Although I thought the Ascension Peak bug was caused when you first loaded the area, not after you'd been adventuring in it for awhile.

Hmmm...If it's the first item, maybe you should try to place one of the others, although if the game has been properly patched I can't imagine what would be causing this.

In the long run, your best bet is probably to contact TechSupport and send them a copy of the game so they can check it out.

Thanks Jem, I'll give it a try...yes it was the first item I tried to place...I'll also try to reinstall the patch..wish me luck!
