Jan Jansen's 'Flasher' Crossbow Ammo

Can anyone tell me how I can get the "Skull" refills for this gnome's gizmo? He's used them all up. Unfortunately the gameguide is not available locally as they've moved on to stocking only "The Throne of Bhaal".

click on the special abilities icon there will be a skull icon, everytime you click it (once per day) he will create 5 of them

Thanks - I was afraid I'd have to return to his home in the slums to get more or resort to the editor.

not a problem, I ended up using shadowkeeper to increase his uses up to 3 per day, gives plenty of the happy fun ammo, which has a nice habit of getting past prot from mag weapons.

Thanks for the tip and welcome. I'm still feeling my way through this game, just having finished Diablo 2 w/expansion pak but enjoying this one more. Playing as a solo, the dialog between the group is simply hysterical and to accomplish quests without getting bumped off is more of a challenge.
