You should have seen it 25 years ago. From the Green Knight to Panama City nothing but beaches, no condos, no restaurants. You could drive down 98 and pull over anywhere hop out and walk down to the beach.

Destin is gotten twice as big since I've been here.
Condo's are sprouting up all over. There's only a
couple of public beaches left around. Gotta know
somebody that has a beach service nowadays.
