The Weeping Willows? They're alright I guess, making nostalgic and dramatic popsongs as they do. Even though on some occasions they kinda overdo it on the dramatic part, making it melodramatic and a bit hard to stomach...
I'm familiar with their work, have most likely heard the song you mentioned, but I can't recall any exact track names apart from Broken Promise Land at this right moment however; I'll have to check first if the song you named is of the tasteful or of the melodramatic kind.
