I average 5-6 during the week, and anywhere from 5 to 12 weekends depending on if I have plans or not.

I aim for about an average of 8 hours a night over a week, but in reality it's probably more like 6 or 7. What I actually get each night can vary from about 3 to 10/11 ish.

I try and sleep 7 hours at a time, regaurdless of what time i go to bed. I heard on the news that its the most healthy amount of sleep you can get. But it doesn't feel like that when i wake up. Lol, and i sure as hell don't look healthy in the morning.

Average sleep? AS a mild insomniac I dont get anything more than 4 most days. Of course, if im actualy _busy_ i'll go without for a while, but I really dont like doing that. It screws you up for the aforementioned shooters.
