I'm at the room right before where the little girl who turns in the the big red scorpion is(end of dragoneye). When entering or getting near that door i get shot with some trap that never fails to poison half my party. Anyone help me out?

Click on the "find traps" Icon. Looks like 4 inword pointing triangles.
Wait a little bit. Traps will be outlined in red. Click on the "Thief Skills" Icon. Looks like a mask, sort of. Click on the red outlines. |

Also, the thief cannot wear armour better than studded leather, or his thieving skills will be diabled (greyed out on the tool bar).

Thanks for the replies. I actually have a thief and a fighter/thief. I put both of them about 20 paces in front of the door where the bolts shoot out and they never detect a trap? I click the "find trap" button and the button has a red outline but there is no blinking red where the traps are. Is it not possible to disarm or locate these particular traps? They are right outside the final room in dragons eye where the demon is.
