I think this is a good question. I do sit-ups and flutter kicks every day. I also always, no matter what, do at least 150 push-ups daily. I also run as much as I can (sadly I don't everyday since basic will be composed a lot of that. Three times a week I lift weights to. I am still pretty thin to , always staying (so far) just under 180.I am trying to gain more. Right now, as I stand, I can do more than the minimum to graduate from basic training, so I am hoping to max out my scores while I am there. If you do, you get a cool badge to wear on your uniform and you get lots of respect (so I am told) Well, please post with what you guys do!

school just ended, and im going to start working out, lifting weights and swimming...800m is just a warmup for a real workout, i dont think that even counts as working out

Fortunately for me I never learned to drive so I have to bike everywhere. Which means, round trip: 14 miles to the gaming store, 6 miles to CompUSA, approx 8 miles for work, anywhere from 4 to 20+ miles to my friends. I log quite a few miles during the summer. Nothing else really as impressive as Dizzy. Just basketball, volleyball and frisbee golf when I can and in all weathers.

I lift soda cans and forks to my face. I'm bad.
I just wanted to say that your post is impressive, dizzy! Sounds kind of like me when I was into body building (trying to gain weight) but even then, I never ran (bum ankle goes out without warning and I go down lol).
Best of luck with basic training! Being well ahead of their expectations of you is very cool!

I work out as often as i can around 5:30 in the morning b4 school. But after i got bronchitis i had to stop, cause id get really sick if i tried. After i return from vacation next week or so, im going to start again. I have to keep myself in shape for the beach

lol I guess if I worked out more I could be fitter...but I seem to be blessed with a natural health and fitness. The running I do whilst playing sport at school or during lunchtime keeps me fit
