I sold an exquisite robe to Ravir the trader. He instantly changed his outfit to the new clothing. I was so used to him in his common every day clothing that the exquiste robe looks very funny on him. I think I had this happen with a helm I sold to the blacksmith in the Fighter's Guild of Balmora. I will now have to pay more attention to the characters I am selling goods to see if they start using those items.

Except shoes since he cannot wear them... I have saved Dwemer armor for Wayd (Fighter's Guild in Balmora) before since I use light armor. He now has a whole set on, plus a shield from a Golden Saint I mistook for a Commoner lost in the outback of Molag Mar, until she hit me for massive damage). The surprising thing for me was when I sold some steel armor to Hjord(SP?) the Sadrith Mora Fighter's Guild Steward and he put it on. You would think a Guild Steward would have better armor? Take Fire-Eye for example. She has a full set of Bonemold minus helm.

Hm, a thought, load so much armor unto a trader/guild leader that they're too encumbered move and then attack them with ranged weapons. Could that be done? I wonder.....

Naw, I leave merchants alone except for the one in Pelgraid. My thief character needed some coin to get rolling and he was very rude to her. She went in the corner by him plus the 2nd floor without the guard and cleaned him out. It took two days to get everything over to the Altmer in the starting town to sell. Later on she learned "Telekinesis" and came back to finish off everything that was not bolted down or moving
