My party is currently exploring the Enchanted Seas (and enjoying the much more open feel of the ocean); my Warrior-Ninja switched roles recently to Ranger. He has of course been zooming up the levels every time we meet sharks and crabs. He has Vine now, but I can't figure out how to get it for him to buy when he trains after leveling up. He isn't allowed into the priest guild so I imagine there is somthing he needs to do? Tried temporary switch to Paladin in Brimloch Roon, but that didn't work to get him into the guild. Any thoughts welcome! I hate to waste any more levels, and he has learned all the pathetic lower level vine spells. (BTW, Level 7 Scout is great for cruising in your boat - lets you know when sharks and eels are beneath you.)

Welcome to the board, Barkis!
Go to the warriors guild and accept the quest to become a Paladin - go join the Temple guild, go back to the warriors guild and cancel the Paladin Quest!  That should take care of your problem! Wyv |

Oops - now I remember we tried the Paladin route, but my ranger's spirituality isn't high enough to take that route (sigh). Temporarily switched to Bard instead, but that didn't get him in to the Priest Guild. Guess he'll have to hope for ankhs.
