Does anyone have an idea why keldorn's turn button would be grayed out (unable to use?) I've tried taking off all of his equipment, but it stays grayed out

Does anyone have a good strategy for dealing with vampires and avoiding having a level drained?

Thanks

Keldorn, is an Inquisitor they cannot turn undead.

as for fighting vampires Negative plane protection works good, if your fast enghou the sunray spell is quite deadly.

There is also the amulet you get from Aron Linvale that protects you from undead
