Funny thing is most of those "bad guy" ones HAVE featured in my games

Top Six ways to see your scenario/campaign boss villain bite the dust:

1) Main PC trips, falls down a hole and is in position to get several succeeding missile crits into your villain's backside (Richard)
"Death Diving Dwarf"
2) instead of fighting the horrendous demon lord, they use your own plot device against you and the demon whimpers (Dominic)
"Let's get married"
3) they travel back in time, meet the villain when younger, and rend him limb from limb (Richard)
"Die tyrant"
4) he couldn't swim (Mike)
"I'm pushing him under a bit longer"
5) he could swim but the PC can turn into Great White (Mike)
"Chomp" (and Jaws music)
6) timestop/concrete overcoat combination (my brother's invention)
"GM (me) goes wide-eyed :O"

Another nice way of pissing off a robe-wearing villain (mage)...
Cast hold person on him, walk up, lift his robe over his head, and walk away.
