When I installed HOW, it asked me if I wanted to overwrite the config file, and I mistakenly said no. Now I only have the old config file. Is there any way to reinstall HOW or to extract the file from the cab file on the CD?. When I try to reinstall, it insists on uninstalling both the original game and addon.

Alira,
just a suggestion.You could take your saved game files and save them in a folder to your desktop. reinstall the whole game and replace the saved games back in to the game,that should work fine.I would do it in steps though first uninstall IWD and than re-install it after that than replace the saved games. only thing I can think of.. good luck  ------------------  Walk lightly my friend. |
