Hi Cloudy,
I saw your post in the Wiz 8 Forum, so I thought I'd check in. I'm a 40 year male from Plainfield, VT. We are STILL buried in snow here, where is Spring? I usually hang out at the Wizards & Warriors Forum, but check General Discussions from time to time. I see many of my friends have posted to this thread- you sure know how to recruit!

Hi Maggy and welcome ! ;happywave:

An Australian woman, at last !!!

Still no teen though ... My son is only 9, but as soon as he gets of age for girlfriends, I swear I will grab them and hook them to games ! Must also think about making a lot of little puppy Moiraines ...

HELLO! Yes, recruiting is a hobby of mine, I figure it's nicer to have us all mingle a bit and I've already decided I will need to try the other games thanks to some of our chats,if I ever have any free time again!

Lots of nice people on the board! VT, huh? I love VT, am a UVM alumna! Family up there too, all over the state!

The tally is now: 25 - 22

Which is a MUCH higher proportion of females than I expected! Keep on posting!
PS: Many thanks to Cloudbringer and all others who have 'persuaded' people to post!

Hi Maggy! Welcome! I've heard people mention The Bard's Tale before, I take it that was a good early crpg? Not available now, is it?

OK - here is the next female player !! I'm 31 years old and play RPG since about 13 years. My first game was "Bards Tale" (Part 2?).. I like the M&M-series (but not the SF elements ;-( ) and I also have played Baldurs Gate and BG 2 and: WIZARDRY 7 of course !!!
When I read about W&W I was very happy, because I've liked Wizardry 7 best
I'am looking forward to Wizardry 8...
But now I just started W&W (in Valeia, Crypt, 1 Characters Lvl.3 )...and I thinks it will be much fun playing it !
See you in the W&W-forum!

PS: I come from Germany - so my Englich might be a little wrong
