We recently bought a copy of the Matrix on DVD. And I have a question.
I've seen it on both video and DVD. On the video, there was the famous secne on the Underground where Neo was shooting people with two guns. However, on the DVD, this scene was skipped! It just had him being searched, and then it skipped the whole scene! Is it meant to do this? DS

Correction: we ran it on a different player and we found the scene. The player must be duff. It did skip in different places. But we sorted it. Cheers anyway.

Part II is lotsa storyline, 5 very long-stretched beautiful action scenes, but in the end, not even 80% of the original movie's coolness....

I'd have to agree that the second one doesn't compare to the first. It is far more fighting-based, and with 90% Neo fighting at that. Cool film, though, worth watching.

Basically, if Matrix: Revolutions is good, Matrix: Reloaded will be a fine fill-in. If Matrix: Revolutions is bad, Matrix: Reloaded won't have been worth it. We just can't say, at the moment.
