A verb, put in simple terms, is an "action word" or a "doing word."

I would advice you to buy a faster PC!

In this sentence you are "advicing" me to buy a faster PC. As shown above, advice is a noun and you are using it as a verb. Advise is the verb and therefore this sentence should read:

I would advise you to buy a faster PC!

Another example:

"Listen to his advice" <--- Noun

"Listen to his advise" <--- Verb

The former is correct as advice is a noun.

MS Media Player for all my needs. I just like the convenience of having an all-in-one player. Works for me.

I use RealPlayer for streams as it seems to be default on my pc and i can't change that. For other stuff i just open the file and see which program it runs, i have quicktime, divx, wmp, and realplayer
