It's simple enough, the question is in the subject title.

Should I buy a PS2, an XBOX or a GAMECUBE???

Please answer me asap.

Gamecube is rubbish. X box has better graphics than all 3. PS2 has more games. I'd go with PS2 because it is bound to keep running for longer. If Xbox gets more games soon, then get that.

I say definitely go for the PS2. Sony has proven themselves over the years with the PS1 and I'm pretty sure that they won't let anyone down with the upgrade. It also gives you time to see exactly what the X-Box is capable of and where it will go in a year or so.

Although I agree with Neb, you should buy PS2. More games and good graphics.

Ditch the Gamecube. Nintendo sucks..
PS2 has the advantage of a huge game library already..

How the HELL can you know that? Idiot. How much GC have you played?
And besides, what does the graphic matter anyway?

Lavindathar -> Well, that really depends on what kind of player you are. Even though Nintendo has promised the GC to be more "adult" than the N64 was, I doubt it will get many games in other generes than the family. You have seen the new Zelda, right?

The X-box is bound to lose the battle. The only big company that has promised to support X-box is Sega.
Acctually, this is almost the only gameforum I have visited where people is acctually positive to that console.
The americans have seldom proven skill or talent when making console-games. I think only EA can do it right, and they releases their games to all stations.

So far, I have seen few good titles announced to the PS2. MGS2 and Final Fantasy, nothing else. And I doubt anything special will show up either.
Though, if you have a bunch of old PSX-games, and misses a DVD, you may as well go for the PS2.

My advice is, though, that you wait until you've seen what titles that becomes avaliable for the consoles, and, which of them are exlusive for that format.
In that way, there is less risk you will get disappointed, and you will also save some money by buying when the price has dropped a bit.
