Ok, so broadband arrived today, but now I just need to select which service I am gona use. I am looking for a connection of at least 1mbps and preferably under £35 (£30 if poss.) I was checking out some prices and I came across bulldog and I found they looked quite cheap, has anyone had any experience with them? I thought there option of 2mbps at weekends and local holidays and between 6pm and 8am on weekdays, and the rest of the time 512kb for only £30 very appealing. Since although I will be connected 24/7 I will be using it more during off peak hours although downloads may be happening all the time (certainly in the first month!) Anyway, the spring offers page is here and the homepage

Tell me what you think.

Also does anybody know of any other ISPs which they recommend?

I hear Eclipse is good but how true this is, I'm not sure. Its supposed to be quite cheap.

What shocks me the most is the price. If I lived in Scotland there would be no-way I could afford to have that service. But good luck with your choices.

I know it is so much cheaper everywhere else which sucks! although in places like Romania it is expensive as hell, were talking $500 for a 256kb connection or something!
