Exclamation

I personally preffer beef. Lamb can taste a little gamey at times. The only way I'll eat lamb meat if its in the form of lamb chops, slathered in mint sauce.

Beef... Sirloin, Ribeye, Strip, Prime Rib, Roast, Cube, Hamburger.... just however you want to make it. With steriods or without, Angus or some other kind, Radiated or not, I really don't care. I like Beef! Got a new Smoker/Grill (Barb-q for you Texans) just yesterday. Going to use it tonight!

edit: Oh, mustn't forget the Filet Mignon!

Forgot about horse. horse is good. dog i havent tasted, and probably wont
Horse is tough, chewy and has a sweeter flavor than cattle. I always know when horse has been substituted for cattle in restaurant/hotel food lol.

Dog is melt in your mouth tender and tastes just like cattle but is a little sweeter too. You'd like it. (I had it when I lived in Hawaii; it was in a dish prepared by a Korean friend of mine whose litter of puppies mysteriously disappeared before his dinner party. I was unaware until after the dinner party and not afraid to eat it...it was really very good). Ever eaten a Jack-in-the-Box burger?

This country has regulations that allow red meats to be labeled "beef" without it having come from "beef" cattle. Research the FDA's 1970's MacDonald's "there's worm's in my burger!" rulings on regulations for clarification.

I am fairly sure that lamb would be hard to substitute but keep the horse and I still prefer beef.

What do you prefer: Beef or Lamb? - if you're a carnivore at all.

And don't tell me this is SPAM - SPAM is pork!

I'll make a start:

It's easy for me to say: I prefer beef (even after and during the mad cow crisis) because I think lamb is a little bit too tender and has a weaker taste (i.e. needs more spicing up).
I like both, but cooked in completely different ways

And I suppose you were waiting for an opportunity to say "Grojlamb" as well?
