Hiding chocolate eggs in the garden for kids to find on Easter sunday morning is also practiced in Hungary. We used to do it until I got too old. Now I just buy and eat the eggs They also do egg painting and go and sprinkle the girls with perfume in Hungary. Don't ask me about that last one, I'm not sure where the tradition comes from. But I remember when I was living in Hungary, I'd go and sprinkle all the girls who lived in the street with perfume and they'd give me painted eggs. LOL.

I painted my eggs once for Easter. It's not recommendable.

LOL Johnny... I think I agree.

My daughter announced to me that her birthday is between two holidays this year -- Good Friday and Easter Sunday. Who am I to argue?

Hmmm, I guess the perfume thing stems from the tradition of Hungarian girls smelling bad, and of East Europeans only being able to afford to buy perfume once a year...

As for the other thing, well, I'd imagine a stud like you would have girls offering their eggs to him on a daily basis Vask

I love this place we call "The Ironworks". Ziroc has brought more people together in one place from around this planet than anybody including the U.N. we should get him the Pulitzer peace prize or just send a couple bucks to keep this place alive. Me I'm sending money!

HAPPY EASTER EVERYBODY!!
Well said brother from another!
LOL you cheeky bastard on both counts. Yeah I wish on that second one! We can't all be chick-magnets like the rockin', with-whiskey-voice-lubricating, leather-jacket-totin, fruit-pickin Hieroman though.

We always got sweets on Easter Sunday in my family, but don't give 'gifts', really.
