Okay im trying to make a scimitar that glows red, i used twinkle as the base model and figured i could just change the color instead of being blue to red by typing in 200 in all the right slots using the infinity engine item maker but when i load it up its not even blue anymore it just looks like normal metal any ideas ?

Use the "Shining Colours by RGB" spell effect. U want the blade to glow so u wanna set the location parameter to 21 IIRC and u want it red so it's 200 0 0 on the colour parameters....also set the speed at which u want it to pulse....the instructions should be in IEEP.....
