Could anyone post a link where sound sets from the game can be downloaded? For usage in IW1 or BG1-2.
Thank you in advance.

This site gives you a good few customization links for both sounds and portraits : http://havak.db-forge.com/links.php
Have fun!

Thanks, this page has some interesting links, but I think you misunderstood me. I am searching for existing IWD2 sounds, so I could use them in IWD1. I heard they are very good. If you could extract them from your game and email me (but sending would take too long)...

Ahhh I see. Well I had a good look round, searching the usual channels and it doesen't look like these soundsets are avaiable for download anywhere just yet. Usually it takes ahwile before people start to upload them online.
The way IWD2 is they have all the soundpacks from IWD1, plus the ones from the expansion pack, Heart of Winter, plus they have added a few more. It's strange because the new ones they added especially for this game are quite few and I think more from necessity than anything else (drow, and half-orc sounds for the new classes) so......unless you already have HOW or are looking for either the half-orc or drow soundpacks maybe it is the HOW ones you have been hearing such good things about? (I think theyre the best btw) maybe you should try download them - since the game is older i'm sure they can be found online. Anyways let me know and if so i'll go looking.

If this is so, could you send me drow voices via E-mail? I doubt these are larger than 1-2 MBs together. (I have HoW.)

P.S.
I wanted drow (and perhaps those orcish) sounds for BG2. I thought there are also new dwarven ones (something "Yeah, send the dwarf in the front!"). Is this true?

Hmmmm... I got your mail. Hope you got the confirmation. How much space do those sounds take? Would you send them? I changed Email adress, but you can use old one, too.
