Yep, it's those $5.00 cups of coffee/cream/sugar/chocolate so many of us have everyday. Do you drink them? Please take the poll.

Used to take one cup of strong black coffee a day for years. Went on the atkins diet two months ago and have not had a cup since. I only really miss it on the weekends, though I do take a cup of black decaf every once and a while

If you answer "Almost Never" to the first one, there should be options reflecting that in the later questions too. I get a cup of tea away from home only sporadically, and coffee practically never. Also, usually it doesn't come in sizes here, like soft drinks do. Anyway, I picked "I'm still young, duh" for the last question because there were no other options, but what I meant was that I rarely if ever drink coffee, only tea, and then often herb or green tea. I never take sugar/milk in it either. So it's not that unhealthy.

From what I can tell, I can't edit the poll now that it's started. HOwever, I realize now, only now, that you must provide an answer for each question. I guess it's best to do it as you did, youngster.

In further consideration of this, and according to some nutritionists I've heard (including Dr. Perricone), you could actually honestly say it speeds up your metabolism, since green tea has a ton of antioxidants. This would mean you are likely the only one who can answer it was actually healthy.

As for the other person who answers "speeds up metabolism" I can only presume it was the "black coffee only" drinker. More on that a bit later.

I drink black coffee (varying mixtures of decaf/regular) 19/20 days. Occassionally I'll treat myself to a hot Chai Latte -- sub soy for dairy, and go very light on the soy. No whip cream, nutmeg sprinkles perhaps.

At home, I make an herbal peppermint and root tea (found in Aveda shops of all places). Smells great, tastes great without any sugar or cream, and really revitalizes the mind. I like it a lot better than coffee, but can't get it at work.

"Even Bigger -- I get the 42 oz. Big Gulp at Quickee Mart and fill it with specialty coffee drinks and cream" Liked this answer but didn't select it. That's just overload. Must be for an all-nighter something. Me? I prefer grande Soy Latte, no foam and no room for anything OR I'll get a grande caramel iced soy latte.

I mostly drink black coffee, no sugar. Tea occasionly but only in the evenings where coffee would make it harder for me to fall asleep. Tea goes down with honey.

Never drank a single cup of coffee in my life, strangely enough - I usually stick with tea. And I mostly drink herb or green tea, like Melusine does.
