"in hiding"
??????????? How many of you think the man is dead and it won't be announced until this conflict starts nearing an end? |

I hear it said that he is nowhere to be found because he was upstaging Bush. They did not want the President and VP to be equals. Yeah right! Cheney is superior, by far. They should have flipped the ticket!

quote: I've said this before (I think) but I had so much fun doing it - I have to post it again! The real reason we are hiding Cheney is for national security! We cannot afford to have the puppetmaster killed, because then we will be stuck with just the dummy! |

Rex actually came up with the idea to write a "Where's Dick?" book yesterday.
Much like "Where's Waldo?", but in this one, Dick is never found. Poor Bush! |

Here's an interesting thought.
Will Cheney be Bush's VP candidate in '04? I really like Cheney, but health-wise I wonder if he'll seem as viable a candidate in 3 years. I don't think a situation in which he steps down, due to health concerns, and Powell gets the VP nod, as a precursor to his '08 run for the presidency, is too far out there. What are your thoughts?

quote: Not if he's dead! I think your Powell theory could actually carry some weight but am hoping that this country realizes what happens every time we put a Republican in the President's seat. I'd rather have a Democratic President with a Republican-majority Senate any day. |
