I'd like to share the song I made my bard composed, for a Pen and Paper game session I took part in last weekend.
Hope this is the right place for me to post this "As daylight broke, twas time to start The ale and food did warm the heart As we sat there, all bored and glum The door did swing, and stranger come The Hulk did roar at sneak attack For stranger made for him, from back The rest did watch in mirthful glee No fear, no thought of frightful flee A scream, a shriek, a raucous cry We run, we charge, we briskly spy A fiendish rat, so huge and fierce Tanulis uses sword to pierce Oh, brave we were, most far from death Our spirits rose, with quickened breath It fell at last, this hideous beast Alack, poor luck - no funds to feast Instead, a rider hailed with news We head off fast, to cease abuse The ranger tracked ahead, to scout While rest of us, we glanced about His shout was heard! - we dashed ahead Poor Ang'las ambushed, almost dead Dark elves galore! We strike them down When they are slain, we head back town Return did we, to forest trap Our time and patience trip thorns zap A flight of needles spray at Hulk Glancing pain doth make him sulk Once more, we battle deadly force Eradicate the evil source Vict'ry tastes so sweet and good Amongst the smirking, sneering wood An hour passed before we found A cunning gate erect from ground It would not be unlocked at all But fire blast did cause a stall The Hulk then steps ahead and peers Confronts the worst of all our fears Gripping, lashing, strikes to kill The vicious plant will not stand still A brutal fight; we almost die Believe me, these lips do not lie Our wounds unhealed, we still proceed Intent on pressing on with deed A goblin elder steps out now A furrow on his wizened brow Paddy speaks to him for while The rest of us, we force a smile As fingers itch to test his skills Yet we could be his next six kills At last, they stop and goblin leaves We wait around, O Aeryl weaves This wondrous tale for all to hear O Lady of the Woods! Come near... |

Of course the right place to post such a thing.. *Looks at his sig then starts whistling innocently* Also, were you the one that wrote that excellent parody on Shakespeare, a while ago? |
