where is tome of water and the 3 tablets in collasium?

The Tome of Water is located in a chest on the passageway to the Library.

The placement of the tablets are:

1) In a chest in the Library Balcony
2) In a chest in a room that you get to by diving down through one of the Crab Cages
3) In a chest in an alcove that you can only get to by opening two doors and turning two switches.

Locations 2 and 3 are off the rotating room where you have to use the Glowstones to get the doors to open. To get the third tablet, you must open both doors with glowstones, meaning that you must have at least 2 in your inventory. I think Tablet 2 can be found by taking the eastern exit from the rotating room, and eventually you'll find the room with Tablet 3 if you take the Northern exit from the rotating room.

I don't know if Xignal has a graphical solution yet for Collasium; that would be the easiest to point to.
