I used to like a local joint called the Hungry Farmer til I ate at the Salt Grass. Now for the best CFSteak in Texas (IMO) you have to go to a place in Houston called the Hickory Hollow. They serve A CFsteak about the size of a man hole cover (for many people) it is to die for. Thank God for cows!!
