I didn't have to tree surf to get to west 'Roon. I tried tree surfing but was unable to get it working. I kept getting stuck in the trees. So I remembered that someone mentioned using Vanish. So I went to the Isis Shrine area (more on that ) Backed up to the southwest area closest to the next are. Faced in the opposite direction from which I wanted to go d hit vanish. And there I was! Sand crawlers galore at 10k+ @. Bark Horrors, and the Hydra! 50k+ @!.Then call of home... After putting in a portal just in case. By the way, I have the DOJO quest to end the "dark menace" at a shrine. Do they mean the Shrine of Isis, or the Anephas shrine or te Kerah shrine?

Congrats, MockHuman!
I could never get there with Vanish and I have a strong suspicion that this spell doesn't like me
Did anybody visit Shrine of Anephas exit area while getting to the Lost Sea before completing the Shrine? There are some nice.. ahem.. "pirate statues"

No . I thought such "stoned" appearance was some kind of curse and postcards with cursed people could scare tourists away . But THIS time I'll try to take some pictures - for the bravest of tourists
