Hello, hello, hello
I´ve encountered a problem and maybe someone can offer help. After passing through the sea caverns (that loc with nessie, you know) and entering Bayjin i suddenly noticed, that all of my chars had been massively degraded. The overall ac decreased by about 6 pts, to-hit decreased from i.e. +4/+2 to -2/-7 (Lord) .. this affected the whole party and first looked like "Hex". But, i cant remember either being hexed or sme kind like that and the display didnt show ANY negative effect. What did happen ? I did rest a couple of times, but nothing helped. My chars are really gimped now and had probs beating (HITTING !!) some lvl 4 - crabs, and they´re lvl 14.... i reloaded an older sg, near nessie. their stats already did decrease at this early point, but not as low as they became later at Bayjin (i.e. Lord to-hit at this time +2/-1. Is it a bug ? a feature ?? I dont hope so... manual didnt actually help. As said, looks like "Hex", but there is no symbol saying my chars are... |

How much stuff are you carrying? If no one is cursed, the usual culprit for something like this is overweight. Remember that the total weight of the "general inventory" is spread across the whole party, and even indvidual inventories and equippd items are shared as to weight.

Every time you go to the inventory just remember to check the colour of the CC. If it's blue or worse, TP home and sell a bunch of crap. Otherwise, just keep trodding.
