What are you up to? Isn't it some ridiculously late hour over there in Ozland? Not that I'm complaining, mind you, your company is most welcome!

I'm in England sweetheart.
We just had 3 inches ourselves overnight here in Shropshire. Luckily though I only have a 5 minute drive to work. I could walk really, but hey! Where's the fun in that?

Oh geez, I remember that now! Memsipie told us that you were a displaced fellow Aussie, roughing it over there. So you're only just past lunchtime now!
Three inches of snow last night? Is that usual for that area this time of year? Somehow I never think of most of England as having alot of snow, even in winter. I have a half hour commute but with the snow, it was a lot longer.

It 14.30 here at the moment.
No, not really. They don't have a lot of snow where I am, in the west midlands. Generally if we get some it only hangs around for a day or two and then melts. Having said that though, it generally causes chaos, as there not used to it. Crazy really, I mean it used to snow a lot more apparently years ago, but it still cause problems! Go figure?

HEHE...our southern areas are like that- they aren't used to the snow. But heck, sometimes the folk around here who SHOULD be used to it, drive like idiots with blindfolds on!
This morning, one lady decided that when she had to merge left on a part of the road that joins from two lanes into one, it was cool to just do it without looking. Of course I had other ideas as she was attempting to occupy the same space I was currently in! I slowed down, breaking wasn't the best idea in the snow, but it was just enough to let her move in without taking my passenger door off. sheesh!
