dwemer puzzle box

i just can't seem to find the dwemer puzzle box for the first mission of the blades i am like really high in the ranks of the imperial ligion and fighters guild i just really want to like find the dwemer puzzle box plese get back to me asap

Did you cross the bridge to the North of Fort Moonmoth? There is some crazy guy that attacks you as you cross. On the other side is a Dwemer ruin called Arkngthand. Enter it and kill the bandits. It is in a room on a shelf with a bandit that has "Boss" as part of his name.

More detail:
To enter the ruin, about 50 feet from the spherical door blocking the door in, there is a half-moon shaped handle on a pillar. Turn it to open the spherical door.

The target room is up on the second tier of the area you entered. Specifically, when you enter the ruin, you cross over the top of a couple of tiers and then walk along the rock ledge to get down into an open area. There is a large pile of rocks that you can walk up (no levitation required for this quest). On that second tier you will find a Dwarven spear and a piece of paper on a stove. You are close. Find the door. Enter. Kill Boss. Look on shelves to the left of the door in. The box is on the bottom shelf.
