What is the best team of people to use in bg2
Can you trust edwin?
Is it worth keeping Aerie?

I havent used Edwin because I didnt like his attitude.Although I have heard he is an awesome mage he annoyed me worse than Anomen just from talking to him. Aerie gets killed every other battle so I dumped her. Plus she dumped me in my first game. Got my revenge didnt I huh? Aerie didnt get to play in my second game. Take that b%#$^. But I'm not bitter or anything. Good luck

Have never played with Edwin (as part of my party I mean ), but I do like Aerie. She has good Mage and Cleric spells so she can be a back-up to Nalia (or any other mage) and Jaheira. As for other members, I currently have Minsc and Mazzy (with the three named above) in my party and I seem to make it through most battles. Haven't gotten into any of the romance's yet so I can't help there. I think the best thing to do is experiment with party members and use who you need to do specific quests. Hope this helps a little!

You can trust Edwin, a must have for evil parties......he is a very good mage and.....

As for Aerie, well.....she does offers some more opportunities as she has romance, cleric spells, mage spells, and whining. Normally for my good parties I kept her from start to finish.

Edwin's great. Best mage in the game - he gets an extra spell from the fact that he's specialised (a conjurer), and he also gets an extra two more spells from being a wizard of Thay. Get him.
Korgan's the strongest fighter in the game. Minsc's probably the second best. Jaheira's a good character if you give her the right equipment. Viconia's the best cleric. Yoshimo's the best thief, and Jan's second best, as well as being an illusionist.
I don't like Aerie. She whines, takes ages to level up, and doesn't even get level seven mage spells.
