P O I L E R It can be opened after the Matron Mother of the Drow is dead. When you take the eggs back to Adalon, she will transport you there, but the door is already unlocked. you need to go to the Svirfirnebli village, and talk to the boss gnome their otherwise you miss out on one of the best parts of the game
