it's true about Keenan.
He has made some good trades.
The Linden trade, o.k o.k. Linden = Vancouver hero, but this was a great trade for Vancouver. Bertuzzi, McCabe who turned into one of the Sedins, and the islander draft pick that turned into Jarko Ruttu. Wow, Vancouver definetly got the better of this one.

Wanted to add:
ogopogo, IMHO I think that Burke has done a fine job as GM. The team is headed in the right direction and the franchise finally has some stability after a couple years of constant firings and real bad hockey.
I hope they re-sign Baron, although it might not happen.
What do you think of the direction the Canucks are heading in?

Burke has done a decient job a GM but I still dont like him. Pat Quinn is a good friend of my fathers and it ws nice getting free tix whenever in Van. I just wish he would atleast smile once. Always so serious. As for the Canucks direction I think that It comes down to how good the Sedins will turn out, weather or not Ohlund's eye will totally heal and if Bertuzzi turns into a dominant power forward. If one or more of these fail it could be a long dry spell again. Oh, and if Cloutier can be a good goalie. Naslund is for real though... he's great. But lotsa questions.

IMHO it's Pronger. This guy sets the pace and he dominates games.

There are several guys with *skin pigment* as you say in the NHL.

Randy Brashear (who beat the crap out of 16 guys in one fight in the minors, benches cleared and he took all of em out and then went after the other teams coach but it was too late becuase his coach was already on the other bench wearing the other coach out)(thats what got him noticed by NHL scouts)

Jerome Iginla Calgary Flames

Anson Carter Boston Bruins

Mike Grier Edmonton Oilers

and a few others im having a brain cramp trying to think of lol
