I play Wiz8 with a few adjustments to the controls screens, namely, mouselook, no mouse smoothing, reverse axis, and 4 changes to the movement keys. The game doesn't save these changes, so every time I boot it up I have to repeat them. Is there a way to save them?

Pretty sure it saves then when you exit the game, how are you exiting Wiz8?

I hit "O" for Options, then click on the quit button.

I expected my config settings to be saved like you say, but they aren't.

Reformat your hard drive and run it on Linux and VMware

KIDDING... GEEEEZ...

I'd just say to try to reinstall and move your savegames over. Reinstall to a different location rather than removing your current installation. If the new one works, then you can remove the original, if not, that sounds like a Sir-Tech issue

Before doing the re-install, Try these ideas;

1) Check if the WIZ8.CFG file is set as read-only
2) Try deleting it and letting the game re-create default file, make desired changes and exit

See how you go.
