i just bought a latop for tafe the other day and sometimes it makes a clciking noise when it is only just being used (e.g. reading small files with breaks between each file or if i am saving a word documment). i hope it isnt the hardrive but i have a years warrenty so if i have any problems i will just send it back. i was just woundering if anyhting else could make this noise?
EDIT I just worked out what it is I think. I think it is the arm in the harddrive moving back and forth. [ 02-12-2005, 05:02 AM: Message edited by: Azeral ]
