This is general discussion, so you can talk all you want, as long as you have proper points to make, decent arguments to put forward, etc. Just writing things which have no relevance to anything is considered spamming. I don't even see why people spam. So that everyone can see them all over the forum? Or for ranks? I personally don't get it. Welcome to the forum btw, Batman.
