The move silently ability for theives?
Ive got a 100 in that and I cannotwalk behind an enemy without it noticing me! |

I think move silently is your ability to move while stealthed. Hide in shadows helps determine if you can go into stealth mode period. The combination does prove valid. If you have hide in shadows at 150 but move silently at 15 you could stand still all day but not stay hidden for very long while moving.
