WELL! Then take Sir_tainly's advise. Have it dye something that would be appropriate for work, but that you will like and she won't. Ok, that sounds a Little spiteful, but hey, I hear ya.

(Devil Advocate BK here) Think of it from here perspective. (Generalization coming) When women get their hair done, it is like a polymorph to younger/more beautiful feeling/more attractive them. It makes them feel better about themselves and renews them. (Generalization done) If it is coming from that end, then good. She is trying to give you that in her way. If it is that she is trying to change you (perhaps to look more like someone else . . .) then I know this Fizban guy who knows a great spell. . .

Just MHO, though, kick it to the curb if you like.

Just remember that you are still pretty raw, and take time out before blowing up. Is what you are mad at worth it? Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I'm not saying you can't be mad her for shitty little comments, but remember, you make little off the cuff comments that probably accidently hurt her feelings too. Just work your way through it and get to the 'Real' problems.

Just remember, if you ever want to rant/complain to the board, we are here. Sometimes faceless support can be what you need.
