True, it appears that the person they are investigating now cannot be the Shooter because they would not have let him roam free to that Home Depot parking garage. *sigh* Another victim; however, there were witnesses to this shooting. Perhaps the real Shooter will be caught soon, although I do agree that he will not let himself be taken alive.

Saw a lot of the news last night, they interviewed several people who claimed to be witnesses...the conclusion:
The Shooter was 4'10" tall to 6'7" tall he was driving a blue, black, yellow or white minivan, pickup, station wagon or Semi. the shooter appeared to be black, white or asian and was wearing jeans, jumpsuit or a Tennessee Tuxedo costume. Geeez. No wonder the cops can't find this guy with witnesses like this. |

I read this morning (on MSNBC) that the police have a list of 24 people they are looking at. 6 of which they have full time surveillence on. I guess those 6 are off the hook since the latest killing. Any way the list shrinks and grows according towhat the police find out.
