"I'm the one taking the risk. But I don't mind - it's a public service. And I like wearing the costume," he added.

Where do you suppose he got the costume? I'm saying his mom made it for him

Exorcist priestesses are more like Japanese superheroes. A warrior guy always guards them

LadyZ, they have that 'facing the right way' law here too! I've never seen anyone ticketed for it, though. You're kidding, they really measure how far out your bumper is? yikes!

Yep Hark it's a law, and yep, a stupid one! Luckily I never park in the "wrong" direction but I see no harm in doing so, especially ticket worthy, but I don't make the laws, some idiot does!

Cloudy - Yes I guess you have to keep the sidewalk clear for people so if you are sticking into it a certain amount you get a ticket. I think it's ridiculous myself as that part of the sidewalk is "supposed" to be owned by us, I mean if it snows we are responsible for shovelling the sidewalk in front of the house. So in some ways they say the sidewalk is ours, and in some ways it is not if they can ticket you for partially blocking it! If you ask me, if that is the case then I say the ticket guys should do the shovelling!

Yes but getting the car facing the wrong way means you were traveling on the wrong side of the road, and that makes it dangerous, i think it's just the getting in that position that is the bad part.

Anyway that guy is so cool, he is a crusader for us all, i would hate to be clamped so much, especially if i had to get somewhere, or was downtown or something. Well luckily they don't yse clamps in my city, i don't think they use them in the most part of NSW (australia) either which is great.
