Since a lot of members have needed to shrink/modify their sigs, I think I may need to as well, but do not know how. Can anyone help me with this? Any help would be much appreciated

i've started on it. but once i got them both into the same image. it was about 325kb which is to big. so i'm working on making it a smaller file size
