Yep, I agree with Byronas, I prefer it well-cooked. Not saignant or burnt because it tastes like ****.

It depends on the mood I'm in and the cut of meat.
I assume we're only talking red meat here as pork and chicken must always be cooked through or bad things happen. The more tender the cut of meat, the rarer I like it. If it's not a tender cut, it MUST be well done (I don't want to be chewing it all night! ) |
