Ahhh, what a great question
Just one ... I have favourites for different classes:

Ranged has to be arrow of detonation. Release a few of these to get the party really swinging!

Flail of the ages (with all flails attached), ability to slow with no saving throw!

Now for the big guns...
The vorpal halberd, Ravager
The vorpal axe of unyielding
The undead saviour, Runehammer
The evil destroyer, Carsomyr (Paladins have all the fun)

After all that excitement I need a lie down in a darkened room.
See ya'

Favorite weapon? hmmmmm?
Would've been Carsomer in my previous game (being a Cavalier and all)
Overall though I would have to go with Celestial Fury for style and Lilacor for always being able to make me smile

I was gonna start a thread complaining that the Crom-Faeyr was over powerful but it seems appropriate to post here (spoiler regarding stats of Crom-Faeyr)

I mean granting the user 25 strength!!! Thats just over the top isn't it? 21 or 22 strength would have been more than enough IMHO.
*vent over*

If crom faeyr was two handed it wouldn't be so ultra powerfull.
My favorite weapon has to be the staff of the magi since I play wizerds
Also I like blackrazor and Gram the sword of grief

My favorite weapon depended on which character was using it,
Sarevoc with the Ravager
My Barbarian dual-wielding Blackrazor and Axe of Unyielding(also wears Ring of Gaxx and Ring of Regen)
My Dawarven fighter/cleric dual-weilding Crom Faeyr and Flail of the Ages+5
My Sorcerer with the Firetooth
Edit: forgot one of my absolute favs Kensai/Mage with Celestial Fury

Can't do one, must do them all:

My favorites are - Staff of the Ram, K'lorogath Axe (like the throw them back Wing Buffet), Silver Sword (the ghost effects are cool), and the Gram of the Grief (slays Trolls without having to use acid-fire but also a wicked blade against anything else) and also the Crom Faeyr just because it of the Strength bonus and slays golems with one whack. You could also make your own weapon by downloading that IEEP Pro item editor at TeamBG. I created a "Light Saber" to match up with one of my knights. Cool weapon.

The Spectral Brand is OK, the only reason I like it is because Druids can use it, and it's better than the Club of Detonation. (I just happen to dislike Fireballing myself, is that OK?) Of course, it's also good for that Mordenkainen's Sword it casts, so it's be a good secondary weapon to have in your Quick slot. Switch to Spectral Brand, use that Special Ability, switch back to your main weapon & start fighting.

My favorite 1-handers:
Foebane, Flail of Ages, Crom Fayer, Angurvadal, Axe of Unyielding, Runehammer, and Purifier, in that order.

Favorite 2-handers:
Ravager, Ixil's Spike, Carsomyr, Dragon's Breath, in that order.

I haven't really partied with the Staff of the Ram+6 yet, and haven't found Kl'glorath, either.
