Moiraine, same here with regard to roleplaying.... can't do it. Well flirting is ok with me, but (not trying to offend here, for all you roleplaying people, just do it if you like it!) the whole roleplaying thingie is just over the top I think....causes a lot of trouble when people take it too seriously or get jealous or just cannot make a difference between OOC and IC...also I can't help it but to me it just has too much of a hint of unfairness/betrayal if you're involved with someone in real life...
Anyway glad you think about it the same way, and there are more people here who do. ------------------ Melusine, Archbabe of the OHF and the LH Your voice is ambrosia |

I had never role played (or flirted) in my life... was so shy of it that I avoided PnP (and seldom dated) because I was afraid I'd look too stupid. I was interested, but just couldn't overcome the nervousness. I have a son who is a wonderful actor, sings beautifully and is so impressive on stage. I watch him in awe and wonder if he's someone else's baby that was switched for mine at birth! (j/k he looks a lot like me) That's what this board has done for me. The Moon's Hope Inn, and especially the kind, funny, friendly people here on this whole forum (Thank you oh Great Ziroc ) have opened up a whole new arena for me. It's such an adventure! I love it! I can actually be playful! Myhusband is very happy with my new-found creativity, and supports the whole thing. Now I wish you all lived nearby so I could try out PnP! ------------------ Sometimes I think I understand everything, then I regain consciousness. I feel for you wolfie!! But you are a sweetheart!
I was gone a couple days and looks what happens - everyone posts and I am left waaaaayyy behind! I am female, been gaming on and off for 15 years or more - always computer stuff (remember the Amiga and "They Came From The Desert"). I am 37 in a week and a half... gads. No kids cause I am still one. Happily married, hubby knows about Kdog... tee hee. Thinks I am a nut. ------------------ Defender for the Light - Goodness knows there is a lot of Dark out there!! - Where are my matches?!?
