Well yes the message says it all. he is supposed to be running around the countryside and has killed this poor little excuse for a wizard you find in the castle, but He doesn't want to meet my swords. So I wonder, where do you find him?
Ciao Kulko PS: Hi Wyvern, I wonder if you make it first this time |

Maybe! (grin)
To really set off the Werebeast quest you have to have picked up the writ from the burnt body which is off the path leading to/from the Stout Mines (in a little cul de sac). Day or night doesn't matter, the beast will show up north of the writ area and around where you find Jathil forever wandering. Wyv (first or not) |

well look at that! I was first!
Kulko - just thought that I would mention that I had the opportunity to spend Christmas in Berlin in 1956 and have wonderful memories of that stay! Was very special! Wyv |

For future players, make sure that you take the quest at the town all before you wack the werewolf. He's triggered by the writ and not by you taking the quest.
Also, after you've encountered the werewolf (and didn't kill him) he will follow you all around. I was quite surprise the see that he was waiting for me at the town gates one day Interesting note: there is at least 2 werewolfs in those part. If you kill him before you kill Arbiden, you find out that another werewolf attacked him !!!! |

Werewolf? There-wolf!
(sorry, I just couldn't resist...somebody slap me!) However...do pay attention to what Ryanamur said earlier...you can actually miss the Town Hall quest if you find the Werewolf first. -Sazerac |

IT seems so easy in this game for players to miss how important it is to do the guild quests and town quests. After playing through the first time I was very careful to get all the quests I could right away! Hope the new players pick up on that info!!
